Terms of Service

Bookings and quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may be adjusted if the property size or condition differs significantly from what was described. We will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the clean unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card payments. Recurring cleans are charged after each visit.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover the reserved slot.
Access and utilities
You agree to provide safe access to the property along with running water and electricity. If our team cannot access the property at the arranged time, a call-out fee may apply.
Our guarantee
If you're not happy with any part of your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to put it right at no extra cost.
Liability
We are fully insured and take great care in your home. We ask that fragile or valuable items are secured or pointed out in advance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
